The Superannuation Support company package contains everything needed to establish and maintain a preferred name company – including documentation to open a bank account and register the company with the Tax Office. The constitution has the provision for the directors to nominate the company as a sole purpose SMSF Trustee (reducing the yearly ASIC levy from $212 to $40), and also provides for division 7A loans.

- 4 copies of the Company constitutions
- Director consent forms for each initial director
- Public officer consent form
- Notice of appointment of Public officer
- Share applications for each initial shareholder
- Certificate of Registration of the Company.
- Minutes establishing the Company
All presented in a leather look binder complete with divider tabs.
Also included in the package, are the following administrative forms;
- Bank Pack – contains information on how to open a bank account in the name of the company
- Tax Pack (if applicable) – contains documentation explaining how to register the company for GST and an ABN.
- A soft copy of all company establishment forms on CD
