Add/Remove a Trustee $275 (inc GST)

Superannuation Support will provide all relevant documentation to add or remove a Trustee, as well as notifying the tax office of the change.

Many of our competitors provide standardised trustee change documentation which can result in the trustee changes being done INCORRECTLY. Amongst other legal issues, this can create disputes in the cases of divorce or separation when parties are trying to access assets from the Fund.

Superannuation Support provides full lawyer LEGAL OVERSIGHT of the trustee change, ensuring the process is done correctly and you are protected against any future disputes arising from the Trustee change.

Change of Fund name $365 (inc GST)

Superannuation Support will provide you will all of the relevant documentation to change the name of the Fund, as well as notifying the tax office of the Fund name change.

Minutes/resolutions and consents by the appropriate parties permitting the name change;
Notification of the change given to the tax office;
Letter to members notifying them of the Fund name change.

Winding up of a SMSF

Superannuation Support will prepare the interim accounts for the Fund up to the date of the Fund being wound up. We will also provide ETP Payment forms to each of the members, as well as completing Rollover documentation (where appropriate).
