SMSF Pension Commencements

Superannuation Support provides documentation for the commencement of:

  • Account Based Pensions;
  • Non-Commutable Account Based Pensions (Transition to retirement);
  • Conversions of Allocated Pensions to Account Based Pensions;
  • Allocated Pensions;
  • Non-commutable Allocated Pensions (Transition to retirement);
  • Term Allocated Pensions;
  • Non-commutable Term Allocated Pensions (Transition to retirement);
  • 50% Asset test exempt Term Allocated Pensions.

Before proceeding with any documentation, we conduct a thorough review of the Funds current Trust Deed to ensure it supports the pension you are requesting. If the current Trust Deed does not support the requested pension, Superannuation Support will offer to upgrade the Trust Deed at the same time as compiling the pension commencement documentation.

Each Pension Commencement package contains all of the relevant documentation for the Fund to commence the Pension, as well as details of the first year payments and the lodging of all ATO documentation.

Pension Establishment Package                      $550 (incl GST)

Each Pension Commencement package contains:

  • Pension commencement minutes
  • Member application and pension agreement
  • First Year payment calculations
  • Product Disclosure Statement
  • All ATO documentation (including RBL reporting and TFN Declaration)
  • PAYG Withholding registration (if required)
