All Unit, Discretionary & Hybrid Trust Deeds provided by Superannuation Support are expertly prepared by our corporate lawyers. Besides preparing the deeds for all of our Trusts, they are also responsible for the continual review of our deeds to ensure they are in line with the most current legislation and provide for maximum flexibility and tax effectiveness. This process of continual review enables Superannuation Support to provide its clients with Trust Packages that are both practical and legislatively up to date.

Trusts, unlike companies and superannuation trusts, are controlled by State legislation. Whilst many of our competitors rely on a standard deed Australia wide, we pride ourselves on providing Trust Deeds relevant to each Australian State. This ensures our clients are not caught out by the variances in Trust laws within each state.

Discretionary Trust                      $275 (inc GST)

The Superannuation Support Discretionary Trust offers extensive distribution flexibility as well as strong asset security. Our Trust Deed provides for a wide range of Specified and General Beneficiaries, and has the security of providing for multiple Appointors. To further protect the assets held within the Trust and to maintain the decision making power of an Appointor upon their death, our clients are also able to nominate successors to each Appointor nominated.

Unit Trust                                        $275 (inc GST)

The Superannuation Support Unit Trust offers its Unit Holders the certainty of a fixed entitlement based on their proportional holding. It offers the flexibility of being able to purchase both fully and partially paid units, and provides for the distribution of both income and capital.

Hybrid Trust                                  $275 (inc GST)

The Superannuation Support Hybrid Trust has all the flexibility of a Discretionary Trust with all the certainty and structure of a Unit Trust. Our Hybrid Trust provides for an extensive range of beneficiaries and the ability to discretionary distribution income for maximum flexibility. It also provides for proportional voting rights and entitlements for each Unit Holder to maintain the certainty of their investment. Like the Superannuation Support Discretionary Trust, the Hybrid Trust also facilitates strong asset protection by providing for the nomination of multiple Appointors and relevant successors.
